The Moresby Arts Theatre (MAT) extends its heartfelt condolences to the Family of the Late Nora Vagi Brash.
Late Mrs. Brash was a revered figure in our theatre community, serving as our esteemed Patron for the past four years. Her contributions to MAT spanned decades, from her memorable performances on our stage to her invaluable support behind the scenes.
In the words of our President, Bob Stanley, “Nora represented the theatre with great style and grace and always with a huge smile, a wink and a word of advice or a story. We will never see her like again and all involved with the theatre will miss her greatly. We will mourn her loss, treasure the time we had with her and continue to celebrate her great achievements.”
Her influence reached far beyond the confines of our theatre walls, touching the lives of countless individuals with her wit, talent, and dedication to Papua New Guinean storytelling.
May her soul find eternal peace, knowing the profound impact she made on our theatre and the wider community.
Vale, Nora Vagi Brash.
